Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that has been leaving an imprint on the screen. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. She moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even though she had small parts, De La Garza soon realized that she was drawn to performing. Then she moved to New York. Her first role was on the soap-opera All My Children. Through the early part of 2000, she played tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut big-screen series aired on The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside many famous TV celebrities including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget, and Mitch Pilegget. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards in the character's honor for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring character. She was Marisol Deko as well as wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was on NBC's somewhat dark show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is of Italian descent and also has a younger brother Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. She was brought up in the strict, religious home of her family. Milano started her acting career at the age of seven old. The babysitter took her along to the first audition. Four girls were selected from more than a thousand applicants. Milano has appeared in ads both on Broadway and television as well, such as the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
